Shop account:
We can understand your concern for the security of your
personal and payment data. When you provide us with your personal data, it will
only be used for the purpose of submitting your order or contacting you
regarding your order, for example if the courier has trouble finding your
address. A valid phone number, email address, and postal address are required
to ship orders to you. In addition, we use SSL security and encrypted data
storage of your personal and order information. Encryption ensures that no one
can access or use your personal information.

Is it possible to cancel my order or an item in my order?
If your order or item hasn’t been shipped yet, then yes you
can. Please contact us here or call or text us on (+91)7678124547 for
assistance. However, if your order has already been shipped then unfortunately
we’re unable to cancel it. However once you receive the items then you can raise
a query to return, feel free to email us for further information.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes! We do! If you have any wholesale related inquiry or

What are the points?
Our points program is one of the ways that we show you guys
how much we love you all. Every customer
who has an account automatically earns points. Points are basically like Capital
Growth Shop money. You can spend them on all sorts of different items from our
store! Customers earn 5 points to every 50 rupees they spend. You can learn

Shipping
What areas do you ship to?
We ship parcels to all Indian states every single working
day. Every part of India that has a postcode can receive a parcel from us. We
do not ship outside of India.
We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, P.O
boxes and any address that has Pin Code.
How long does the shipping take?
It depends on your location and the size of the parcel. Once
payment has cleared we ship the parcel straight away. Small parcels usually
take two or three days to reach any major city. Larger parcels may take a bit
more time. Remote areas may take up to a week.
Can I upgrade my order or shipping?
Realized that you needed to add something or needed to
speed/change your shipping preference?
Don't stress - if it is still within 12 hours of the time
you placed your order, you can still upgrade your shipping speed and can add
more products. Give us a call and let us know you need to bump up your shipping
speed. One of our friendly staff members will set up a faster shipping
speed(whatever your preference is), and take your payment over the phone, or
e-mail you a link to complete on your own(you choose!). Your package will go
out with your newly selected shipping speed preferences.
Please note that your shipping speed and processing time are
two completely separate things. Shipping Speed is how quickly the courier
delivers your package across the country. Processing time is the amount of time
that it takes our shipping and warehousing staff to process all the orders from
the day, quality check all of the items, package them up carefully and safely,
and get your box in the hands of the courier. This usually takes 1-3 business
days and is totally dependent on the amount of orders we are currently handling
at any given time.
Can I track my order?
Of course! We’ll include the tracking number in your
shipping confirmation email and sign up for SMS alerts on your delivery.
What happens if I am not home when the order is delivered?
For proof of delivery we require a signature upon delivery.
If no one is home to sign for your parcel, it will be at the postie’s
discretion if there is a safe place to leave it where it won’t be damaged by
weather or easily stolen. If not, it will be taken to your closest courier
office. You can always see the status or location of your order with the tracking
number.
My package says the product is delivered but I can't find
it.
If your tracking information shows that your package was
delivered, but you can't find it, follow these steps.
Verify the shipping address.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery around your door,
mailbox, or typical delivery area.
Look around the delivery location for your package.
See if someone else accepted the delivery (a neighbor,
roommate, etc.).
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your
mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up
to 36 hours prior to arrival.
If it's been more than 36 hours after you received the
package delivery notice, give us a call. Usually, the courier carrier is able
to locate your package, but either way our support staff will be there to have
your back.

Is It Safe To Buy From Capital Growth Shop?
Yes, it is safe to buy from Capital Growth Shop, since it is
a legit eCommerce store operating in all over India. It has been successfully
delivering millions of products to customers around the globe since 2013. Many
of our customer reviews on websites like Trust pilot and google reviews have
been positive while sometimes customers do face certain issues and we solve it
ASAP. We try our best to handle every order with the utmost dedication and
passion. The initial days were challenging but we have expanded our team and
modernized our systems with cutting-edge technologies to overcome those
challenges.
What is the return policy?
Ans: We need to be notified within 12 hours after arrival
for broken or 48 hours on defective products. Contact customer service as soon
as possible and we would be happy to assist you.
We accept returns of unused item(s) up to 7 days after the
order has been received. If the product has been used, even just once, we
cannot accept the return.*
For return requests due to wrong size and/or color ordered,
sign in to your account and head on to our Return Portal to submit a return
request or mail us to Info@capitalgrowthhop.com with a photo of the unused item
or the unopened box. As soon as we get the photo, we'll email a free return
label right away and send the correct item(s) as well. We will not accept
returns after a week from the day of package delivery has elapsed.
My product is faulty or damaged. Can I get a refund or
exchange?
Of course! We will always replace, refund or credit faulty
items or items that arrive damaged Please contact us here and include details
of the issue, along with any evidential photos or videos to support your claim
The item I got was not what I wanted, can I return it?
We accept returns on all unused products. If the product has
been used, even just once, we cannot accept a return. No exceptions.
Items to be returned must be reported within 48 hours of
delivery. We will need a photo of the unused item or the unopened box before we
can issue you a pre-paid return label.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
If you have received a faulty product and a replacement is
not available, you should expect to receive your refund within a week of
returning your order to us. This time period includes the transit time for us
to receive your return from the shipper (5 - 10 business days), the time it
takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 - 5 business days), and
the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 - 5 business
days).
What if my product is out of stock?
We're sorry to hear the product you're after is out of
stock. You can visit our contact us page and can ask about the restock of your
product. Enter your contact details and we will send you an email when it
becomes available again.
Why are high end products so expensive?
High quality glass smoking products vary in price greatly.
High end bongs are made in places like North America, Germany or Australia and
the price largely reflects the quality of glass, the attention to detail,
quality control, development and processes such as annealing that make
borosilicate glass very strong and resistant to breakage from thermal stress.
And as for other smoking accessories they are also made up from high end
materials. Hence the cost of high end products is different from others.
Are our products genuine?
Absolutely. We do not sell fakes and we are active in
stopping the sale of counterfeit and fake products in India. Counterfeit
products are common in Indian smoke shops but not at Capital Growth Shop India.
Our glass bongs, hookah and other smoking accessories are genuine and made in
the country we indicate. If we say a bong is American, Australian or German
made, we guarantee it is.
